But if you are planning to wear these as a base or mid-layer, or only as camp pants on a long hike, then you really dont need pockets so... here you go. Save some money and definitely some weight and bulk. Removing the pockets saves about 1.5 ounces per pair.
Available in three fabric weights! These Alpha Direct joggers feature spandex ankle cuffs, a spandex waist with elastic drawstring, and a crotch gusset.
The price goes up $5 with each increase in fabric weight you select. So it is $85 for 60 gsm, $90 for 90 gsm, and $95 for 120 gsm.
weights for size Medium:
60 gsm= 3.5 ounces
90 gsm= 4.75 ounces
120 gsm= 6.25 ounces
+/- .25 ounce for each size bigger or smaller

These pants are perfect! I got the bright green color for some fun in my life. I liked that I could choose my inseam. I washed them on the delicate cycle and they came out just fine. These are going to be great to wear as a warm and lightweight layer in my sleeping bag, which is what I bought them for. They arrived with pretty tissue paper and a sweet sticker to hold it closed.
