RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be happy with anything I make for you. That's why I allow returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please just reach out and I will help you. I do ask they you pay shipping for anything that you send back to me, but I will pay shipping going back to you.

As of April 2025, there is now a 30% restocking fee on returns. There is no fee for exchanges.

Customized garments are not returnable or exchangeable. Customized is, for example, you ask me to make the arms 2 inches longer, short torso version, etc.

The Canis Quiltis is a fully custom item and is not returnable or exchangeable.
